- Choose Services – We offer two plans. The Basic and Deluxe Plan. Information about the plans is in the Service Agreement and What’s Included In Your Listing. See what we offer and which plan works better for you.
- Determine asking price – There are several ways to determine your asking price. Explore recent property sales in your area, explore the web and also you may choose to hire a property appraiser. An appraiser will estimate the value of your property. A fee of approximately $300 – 350 may be charged for this service, so be sure to ask at the time of inquiry.
- Setup an account (All subsequent steps will follow automatically from this step).
- Take Pictures – Up to six pictures included in the basic package and up to twelve pictures included in our Deluxe package. Additional pictures may be purchased.
- Enter you listing – If you choose the basic plan you can list the information and download the pictures yourself. If you choose the Deluxe package we will enter your information for you and download the pictures.
- Specify a telephone number for your yard sign
- Submit payment
- Create and edit your listing
- Print Brochures – As part of our service you are able to print brochures to hand to buyers or place in brochure box attached to your yard sign.
