FSBO Desoto Homes started as an online service company in December 2007.  The mission of our website is to provide our customers an easy to use, information rich forum (for users) to sell Mississippi real estate without involving brokers, or to search for properties for sale by the owners.  Selling property without a real estate agent is not a new trend; it’s just never been this easy.  More and more people are realizing that they can save thousands by selling FSBO and eliminating broker commissions of up to 7% of your sales price.

FSBO Desoto Homes is a joint venture, with Renee Hoyle and Pam Watson as principals.  We recognize the challenges associated with house-hunting, and in selling property.  As property owners in Desoto County, Mississippi, we understand the growing vitality of Desoto County and surrounding counties, and as Desoto County residents, we are familiar with the dynamic nature of the community at large.  We share the vision of Desoto County as an expanding, improving, diverse and overall great place to live.

FSBO Desoto Homes has been created for those people who enjoy thinking and working outside of the “box”, and for those who seek the most economical solution to either selling or buying.  Our focus is on getting information and other necessary resources to sellers and buyers, and to support sellers through the listing and marketing aspects of selling in an efficient and expeditious manner. 

FSBO Desoto Homes is a website that offers pictures and descriptions of homes and properties for sale in Desoto County (Hernando, Horn Lake, Lake Cormorant, Mineral Wells, Nesbit, Olive Branch, Pleasant Hill, Southaven and Walls) and surrounding counties.  Buyers have access to FSBO property 24/7.  Owners can update information day or night, upload photos and change them as desired, and all owners who list their property on the site receive an eye catching yard sign to market their homes.
